Our team has a long history of being involved in fabricating and manufacturing all aspects of facades – from glass fabrication to component design, giving us a wealth of knowledge to draw from. In addition, our years of experience working directly with contractors have given us a deep understanding of the façade industry, from conceptual design right through to final installation. Our experiences and leading-edge analysis tools allow us to develop creative solutions with practical implementations.
Our commitment to the façade industry goes well beyond supporting our clients. We actively participate in the development of new codes and standards in Canada and internationally. This includes participation with ASTM Technical Subcommittee E06.52 on Glass Use in Buildings, which works to maintain and develop technical glass standards, including E1300 and others. We are members of the CGSB Committee on Glass, who are redeveloping the CAN/CGSB 12.20 Structural Design of Glass in Building standard. Additionally, we participate in NFRC’s development of the upcoming Commercial Energy Performance program through the Commercial Technical Task Group and the NFRC 715 Product Certification Program Review Task Group.
